Rochester, N.Y. - The “Greentopia” festival continues through the weekend at High Falls, and Rochester's former mayor is in Rochester for it.

Lieutenant Governor Bob Duffy delivers a keynote address at an event breakfast on Friday as part of Greentopia's all-day innovation conference.

In a statement Duffy said, “From the On-Bill Recovery Financing Program, the N.Y. - Sun Initiative, to the Energy Highway project, New York under the leadership of governor Cuomo has been at the forefront of creating a more sustainable, cleaner future.”

Notables presenting at the conference include Rochester Mayor Tom Richards, Cornell University Provost Kent Fuchs, and Diego Diaz, Iberdrola’s head of new ventures.
