Earthquake in Ontario, Canada Shakes Rochester

(Rochester, N.Y.) – Did you feel that?

The 13WHAM-TV newsroom felt shaking at about 1:41 p.m. It lasted for about 5 to 10 seconds.

Twitter and Facebook comments indicate people felt the slight shaking all over Rochester.

The U.S. Geological Survey said there was a 5.0 magnitude earthquake in the Ontario-Quebec border region in Canada.

We felt our whole house shaking, lasting about 30secs. at approx. 1:43pm, in Dansville, NY. Is this from Canada or Virginia?
