Fairport, N.Y. - Lollypop Farm says the capital campaign it started in 2009 surpassed its original goal.

“We began in 2009 with just an idea for how we could grow to help even more… pet owners in our community,” said Alice Calabrese, president and CEO of Lollypop Farm. “We are so grateful for the support of so many who share our vision for the future of a more humane community.”
Nearly $4.8 million was raised to pay for the ongoing expansion there.

The aim was to raise $4.5 million.

Donations to the Lollypop campaign are being accepted through the end of the year.
