It's time to quit the scare tactics: $85 billion out of $3.6 trillion in Federal spending is hardly "massive". The Obama Administration "could" make cuts in the most essential government services OR it "could" eliminate the non-essential, wasteful spending. So far, the Obama Administration threatens the former option of punishment for Americans.
