(13WHAM-TV) - Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is making a big donation to a California charity.

Nearly $500 million in Facebook stock will go to the Silicon Valley Community Foundation.

They focus on health and education issues.

Zuckerberg is part of the ‘Giving Pledge,’ which asks America's richest people to donate most of their wealth.
