Irondequoit, N.Y. - One family is safe after their home caught on fire late Wednesday night.
Firefighters say the fire started around 10:30 p.m. at the home on Dewey Avenue in Irondequoit.
All four people inside made it out of the house safely and the fire was put out.
Firefighters actually had to call in extra departments because of the cold and snow.
