Holley, N.Y. - A family is safe this morning after a fire in their garage spread to the house.
It started around 1 a.m. on Howard Road.
The family said that the mother and two teenagers got out of the house safely.
They also said the fire likely started from a woodstove in the garage.
Half of the house is badly burned and the garage is destroyed.
