Gainsville, N.Y. - State Police in Wyoming County are investigating a fatal farm accident.
It happened at about 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the town of Gainsville.
Police say a worker at Marquart Farms was struck by a farm vehicle while harvesting potatoes.
The 86 year-old male victim died at the scene.
His name has not yet been released.
