Rochester, N.Y. - Firefighters and police say an apartment fire in a high-rise sent one man to the hospital with serious burns.
Firefighters arrived 'Lake Tower' at 321 Lake Avenue around 11:30 Tuesday night and went up 12 floors.
They put out the fire in less than 15 minutes.
People living in the building are being allowed back into the building Wednesday morning.
