Holley, N.Y. – Five people are under arrest after police in Orleans County finished an eight-month investigation into prescription drug sales.
On January 27, a task force from local police departments executed a search warrant on a apartment on West Albion St. in Holley. Inside the house police found $7,000 in various prescription pills, $9,000 in cash and a stolen shotgun.
The apartment is registered to Timothy Weader, 49. He is charged with one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance, one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count criminal nuisance. Weader was taken to Orleans County Jail on $20,000 bail or $40,000 bond.
Also charged is Jacqueline Drexler, 49, of Holley. She is charged five counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and another five counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Police say Drexler sold prescription drugs she got from a client in her care at the Center for Disability Rights. Further charges are pending in the theft of the pills.
Wayne Buzard, 43, of Holley faces three counts criminal sale of a controlled substance, three counts of criminal possession and three counts of criminal nuisance. Buzard is accused of selling prescription drugs acquired through New York State Workman’s Compensation. Charges are pending from New York State. He was taken to Orleans County Jail on $20,000 bail or $40,000 bond.
Michael Andre, 22, of Kent is charged with one count of criminal of a controlled substance and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to Orleans County Jail on $10,000 bail or $20,000 bond.
Nancy Howe, 50, of Brockport faces two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance. She was taken to Orleans County Jail on $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond.
