Seneca Falls, N.Y. – A 32-year-old man from Seneca Falls was arrested Tuesday, and accused of inappropriately touching a 13-year-old.
John L. Schummer was charged with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.
He was released on appearance tickets is slated for Seneca Falls Town Court Thursday, September 6, to answer the charges.
