All hail Ronnie. All hail Ronnie. "Informed much"? Why, as a matter of fact I am. We are ALL political entities my union hating brother. I believe that is how things work in our country. Yes, China IS the new model of the free-market. Are you a little behind the times or what? Isn't THAT your utopia? No unions! No right for workers to organize. If they do, they are stomped into submission or fired! Are you gettin' hard yet? All supported by YOUR government, and YOUR money. Do you think that because it's on the other side of the world that it's not really a part of YOUR world? The days for unions have left for other parts of the world where petty-burgeois "rights" don't exist at all. So much for all the hard won victories here, huh? The greedy pigs just decided to take over our govt., remove all trade barriers and respect for human life, dignity, and work, and then jumped in bed with the largest Communist country in the world. The mother load of captive, powerless labor. You want to start giving lectures in "The free-market", then start including realty if you want any credibility.

Nice personal attack. When the facts are on your side, argue the facts. When the law is on your side, argue the law. When niether is on your side, attack the opposition. Let's see how little it takes ot punch holes in this pile of dung. Hmmmmm, China is the model of a free market, eh. Informed much? Unions aren't about literally protecting workers anymore. Many of them never were. Some were vital in their day. That day is long gone in most, if not all industries. Unions today are political entities, which ironically, tend to support policies that make us more like China.

RW and Skiered,...soooo, they make a BILLION dollars during one of the most trying financial times in the history of our nation, and you two Reaganettes still feel the need to post anti-union remarks that really have nothing to do with the story. Got a chip on your shoulders much, boys? It's called sharing the wealth with the people who help to create that wealth. Maybe the two of you should move to China where you can wallow in the beauty of a world where unions don't exist, and teenage girls will work for 7 cents an hour for 16 hrs a day without any benefits. God bless the free market 'eh?....Dumbasses.

I hope there are clever folks at Ford who can find a way to get the Unions out of the plants, but I can't imagine how. However, I'm glad to see Ford running in the black. As the only US automaker to not take the taxpayer bailout, my next vehicle will be a Ford.

Skiered.... you are way off base..... lets move all the jobs out of the U.S.! Might as well have China buy the naming rights to our country, seeing that's the road we are headed down! Should the Unions be fixed...yes, is moving more jobs out? NO!

It's great to see a manufacturing company turn around but again the UAW is intent on putting the company into bankruptcy. I hope Ford moves all assembly to either Canada or Mexico and gets rid of every UAW worker. The unions are killing every industry and doing a good job of putting every state in financial trouble
