Mike McQueary is suing for millions in damages.
He is the man who allegedly saw Jerry Sandusky showering with a boy.
A lawsuit alleges he was mistreated by Penn State after Sandusky's arrest on child molestation charges.
McQueary was put on administrative leave in November.
