Rochester, N.Y. - Mike Green has received the Frank S. Hogan Award in recognition of his service as District Attorney of Monroe County.
The award was presented to Green by Kings County District Attorney Charles Hynes.
The award states: "You personify the honest, compassionate and ethical prosecutor, inspiring your colleagues and creating public confidence in the fair administration of justice.
District Attorney Sandra Doorley adds: "This community was truly fortunate to have a District Attorney whose dedication and service was of such an outstanding nature that his colleagues from across the State of New York bestowed upon him. Mike Green made this community a better place to live and raise a family. As he moves on in his career he leaves behind a legacy which the members of this office and Monroe County should long remember."
