Pembroke, N.Y. - The former teen pageant princess found in a car with a Rochester attorney pleaded not guilty to prostitution and other charges Tuesday.

Alicia Guastaferro, 20, denied having a fake I.D. and prescription pills in August.

That's when police found her with James Doyle at a rest stop in Pembroke.

State troopers arrested Doyle and charged him with DWI and patronizing a prostitute.

Doyle denies the allegations.
