Penn Yan, N.Y. - A fourth person has been arrested in connection with a double stabbing in Penn Yan last week.
Police say 19-year-old Mellissa Allison allegedly asked William Bailey to stab one of two people involved in a fight on East Elm Street on Saturday night.
Bailey is accused of stabbing two people.
Thomas Gordon and Samantha Hansen were also involved in the fight and remain in jail.
