Rochester, N.Y. - Traffic note for drivers. Rochester's Fringe Festival will cause two streets to close this weekend.
Court Street between Chestnut Street and the traffic circle will be closed to traffic from Thursday, September 20th through Saturday, September 22nd.
Gibbs Street between East Avenue and East Main Street will be closed to traffic from Thursday and re-opening at 10p.m on Sunday, September 23rd.
