Detroit - General Motors plans to hire more workers in Michigan.
That information comes just a few days after GM announced it is closing its fuel cell plant in Honeoye Falls, N.Y.
The automaker says it is trying to "in-source" more of its technological work.
General Motors is looking to hire 1,500 Information Technology grads for its Michigan plant.
About 220 Honeoye Falls employees were given the option to take a job at the Michigan operation.
