New York State - Flags will be flown at half staff on state buildings Thursday in honor of a Rochester soldier killed in Afghanistan.
Theodore Glende died Friday when his unit was attacked with small-arms fire.
Glende graduated from McQuaid Jesuit High School, and was recently married.
