Henrietta, N.Y. - GardenScape, the Rochester Flower and Garden Show that has been produced each spring for the past 21 consecutive years, is canceling next year's event.
Organizers say the show is forced to cancel because the Dome Arena in Henrietta is not available.
The Dome Arena, also known as the Fair & Expo Center is for sale and is not booking any events after January 1st.
"While we are disappointed to have no GardenScape next spring, " said chairman Sharlene Reeves, "make no mistake that we will be back and better than ever in 2014. With two years to plan and to find a suitable venue, we expect to have a super show - our best ever."
