Greece, N.Y. – A former Greece police officer convicted of bribing a woman into having sex with him has been denied parole.
Gary Pignato is serving two to six years at Gowanda Correctional Facility, where he’s been since 2009 after being convicted of coercing a woman to have sex with him in order to avoid being arrested.
Pignato could still get out of prison in June, if a committee determines he earned a two-year good-time credit.
