Rochester, N.Y. - Back to school is a busy time and this is the week for it.
One study shows that sleep-deprived students, especially in high school, have a much tougher time than those who get enough sleep.
The study also indicates that sleep deprivation often begins in elementary and middle school with a scheduled jammed with many activities—perhaps too many activities.
It concludes that lots of structured activities are good, but not when they take sleep time from kids.
