Rochester, N.Y. - Senator Kirsten Gillibrand will visit Rochester this afternoon to tour Eastman Business Park.
Gillibrand is pushing for the Pentagon to explore investing in the battery and energy storage technology center there.
Local business leaders say developing the park is the top priority in the region.
