(AP) Google Maps has found its way back to the iPhone.
The system returned late yesterday with the release of the Google Maps iPhone app.
It comes nearly three months after Apple replaced Google Maps as the device's built-in navigation system, and replaced it with Apple's own map software.
Those maps proved to be far inferior to the ones used by Google.
