Albany, N.Y. - Governor Cuomo's proposed state budget for this year will be unveiled at 2:00 this afternoon.
Funding for programs introduced in his State of the State address is expected to be detailed in the new budget.
Cuomo has said he does not want to raise taxes, but does want to increase aid to schools.
