Canandaigua, N.Y. - The results of the Ontario County grand jury proceeding involving Rose Chase will be announced Friday, February 8th in Ontario County Court.
31 year old Rose Chase of Stanley is charged with second degree murder in the death of her husband, Adam Chase.
Ontario County Sheriff's Deputies say Chase pushed her husband down two flights of stairs at their home and brought his remains to her mother's house in Potter, Yates County.
Adam Chase was reported missing in June, but his remains were not discovered until December.
