(Greece, N.Y.) - The Monroe County District Attorney's office delivered a subpoena Thursday morning to 13WHAM-TV in connection with the Nick Joseph case.

Joseph is the police officer found guilty in a hit and run in Greece last June that severely injured a pregnant woman.  13WHAM-TV will turn over interview material with Greece Police Chief Merritt Rahn that aired on our station.

The district attorney said at the time of Joseph's conviction he would investigate the officers who responded to the crash.

This is no surprise to anyone that has encountered the GPD! I am thrilled that this is coming out and can only hope they all come up on charges. Lets not ignore that Bill Mackin the Deputy COP is also suspended, the corruptution goes very deep in this department. I am so hoping that they are all fired and that both Rhan and Mackin end up in Clinton, a lovely place for a dirty cop to end up. No matter how they try to protect dirty cops they always get theirs. I will be following this one very closely.

I live in Greece and I am sick of all this crap. I bet Rahn got Parrinello for his attorney? Word on the street is that about a dozen other cops got lawyers too. There's going to be lots of night's of very good news headlines to come out of Greece ...unless more kids get shot by the citizens. Citizens have had to become police because Greece police are not doing their jobs. To busy breaking the laws themselves to keep law and order in Greece.

And one other thing about Rahn. The Chief of Police is a drunk. Many times he has been seen leaving bars like Joseph, drunk. He is at the bar on Scottsville Road a lot with drug deals all around him. He could care less. He and Joseph are off the same tree trunk.

Crawl back under a rock you came out of neighbor53. I agree with Redbud, commonsence, bigbrowneyes and the rest of the comments here about the real Greece. This town stinks. Everyone has a right to their opinion. I am sure Rahn opened his mouth. This man has been covering up lots of info on this case and many others.

Redbud, I'm sick of your irrational, repetitive generalizations. You have been reported.

So when are they shutting down the GPD and hiring a totally new staff? I think that's the only way to clean up that corrupt dept.

Rahn,Nichols and Pignato will be gone. Others to follow. Maybe little by little Greece residents will have their town back under proper leadership. It is a shame Greece has had such a bad department for so many years. It could only get better. Greece school district should also be investigating the former superintendent now in Virginia and getting back all of the money they allowed to be put in his wallet (and the others that followed him)he really screwed Greece. Why in the world would Greece be paying this jerks health insurance when he is now working and probably ripping off the school district in Virginia? Wake up people in Greece, wake up!It is time to take a stand!

my suspicion is that Rahn said something incriminating
