Rochester, N.Y. - Rochester's Greentopia Festival returns for a bigger and better second year.
The festival which premiered as a two-day event last year will now run for seven days.
This year’s festival will be held at High Falls from September 10th through the 16th.
"Greentopia" will feature several events, including a film festival focused on environmental issues, a business conference focused on green economy and technologies, art exhibitions and a concert series.
