Rochester, N.Y. - Ground will be broken Tuesday, November 20, for a new RTS Transit Center downtown.

Senator Chuck Schumer will be among those on hand for the celebration.

The $50 million center will be built on St. Paul Street

The project is expected to be finished in 2015.
