Pavilion, N.Y. - A woman in Genesee County has pleaded guilty to charges of driving drunk with her four-year-old child in the car.
Angela Kruse was arrested last month under Leandra's Law.
If a judge approves a plea deal, Kruse will go through substance abuse rehabilitation for a year. If she succeeds, she will serve another four years on probation.
If Kruse fails, she will be sent to prison for four years.
