Rochester, N.Y. - A Springwater man has been charged with reckless endangerment after an incident near R.I.T. Wednesday night.
Authorities say David Coon, 22, was in his girlfriend's Park Point apartment when he set a handgun down on the night stand.
The gun fired, and the round went through the wall and two other apartments.
There were no reported injuries.
