Yes, I know who the cops shot accidentally when they supposedly "tripped" over a cord. I knew him personally and although he wasn't the most "innocent" person in the world, I believe that the POLICE made a huge mistake. I know his whole family too and tthey have forever hurt them. I think they are "trigger" happy and I know a lot of instances where they have loaded bullets into innocent dogs while busting into houses. They shoot them just because they can.

City Resident I'm going to have to back you on this RPD has a "if it isnt reported i didnt see it attitude" most of them live in webster a put in a 9 to 5 and go home they have no vested intrest in the city.....

CR - as usual jumping to conclusions about everyone who disagrees with you. I support the police in our city because they do a great job, as I have witnessed first hand but not behind the wrong side of the cage. I do not support Bush nor did I vote for him so again get your facts straight before posting. You are very ignorant and it shows.

Capt Crankypants, there is a difference between offering an opinion and typing a fantasy manifesto as you so seem to enjoy. You offer no hard facts. perhaps your agenda has no room for others because it is filled with hate for the city and the people who work for the city. I dont see you stepping up and filling out a job application with the city.

I have NO criminal record at all. I was born, live, and will remain living in the city, so I have the right to speak the truth as I see it. You guys and girls that have a problems with my comments probable also support President Bush. Theres nothing wrong speaking up, when you see people in-power doing wrong.

Taxablechump - you're always a wealth of info. Thanks for the heads up, I will keep him in mind for future stories. You make a good point about Robles, I guess I wanted to point out that his "original purchase" didn't violate law until he actually sold the gun on the street. (keep me on my toes!)

City resident, you are the most negative person on this site. Anything that even hints that RPD does a good job and you attack it. This was an article about gangs and guns. RPD answered the questions they were asked. Give it a rest. Keep your hate to yourself
