Waterloo, N.Y. – Police arrested Brian E. Swinehart, 32, after finding marijuana and weapons in his apartment.
Because of suspected drug activity, police had a warrant when they searched apartment D at 10 Swift Street in Waterloo.
They found two weapons, the marijuana, cash, and drug paraphernalia when they went in.
Swinehart was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree; class D felonies and one count of criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree.
He’s in Seneca County Jail with no bail, and is scheduled to reappear in Waterloo Village Court on October 31.
