Hamlin, N.Y. - The town board will vote next week to pressure the New York State Department of Transportation to study a dangerous intersection. For the second time.
The intersection is at Route 260 and Brick Schoolhouse Road.
That's where 25-year-old Luis Alayon died in an accident Monday night.
The cause of that accident is still under investigation.
