Rochester, N.Y. – A Henrietta man pleaded guilty Friday to first-degree vehicular manslaughter in a crash that killed a woman in February.
Daniel Tewksbury drove his vehicle on the wrong side of 390 near East Henrietta Road, crashing head-on into a minivan, killing Nancy J. DeCarr.
His blood alcohol content was more than twice the legal limit, 0.18, according to the indictment.
Tewksbury will spend six months in prison and five years on probation. He will be sentenced on January 22.
