Buffalo, N.Y. - Before the presidential debate, two candidates for Congress held their own debate in Buffalo.
Democratic incumbent Kathy Hochul is taking on Republican Chris Collins.
Collins said he had one simple idea to create jobs: repeal “Obamacare” so its cost would not hurt businesses.
Hochul responded by saying that she is one of 18 Democrats to vote to cut taxes on small businesses.
A recent poll showed this race died with both candidates at 47 percent.
