Geneva, N.Y. - An arrest has been made in connection with a robbery and home invasion in Ontario County that happened last September.

Police in Geneva say they have arrested 29-year-old David Jose Perez.

Police say he had fled to Florida after the crime but returned this week.

He and two other men are accused of tying up two residents at an apartment on Hamilton Street and hitting them with a gun.

Police say the three suspects then took a large amount of cash and other items before leaving.

Edwin De Jesus and Orland Perez Lopez are also suspected but are still at large. Both are considered armed and dangerous.
