Irondequoit, N.Y. – The I-Square project has been granted a pilot status of up to 25 years.
The town, the West Irondequoit School District and the I-Square development team announced the agreement Tuesday afternoon.
Project developer Mike Nolan will have to meet certain benchmarks along the way to keep those tax breaks.
The Irondequoit town board will take up final passage of the pilot resolution Feb. 19 to ensure the project stays on schedule.
