Irondequoit, N.Y. - If all goes as one developer hopes at an Irondequoit Town Board meeting tonight, the I-Square project could break ground this spring.
A vote on tax abatements is scheduled for Wednesday night, January 23.
The I-Square project would develop local shops and businesses along the Titus Avenue and Cooper Road corridor.
