Rochester, N.Y. - A hearing is scheduled Thursday for the man accused of killing a teenage girl earlier this year.
Devonte Lively pleaded not guilty to second degree murder charges in connection with the death of 17-year-old Larie Butler in March.
Her body was found in an Irondequoit pool five days after she went missing.
Police say she died from upper body trauma.
