Rochester, N.Y. - National School Choice Week started Monday, January 28 with a rally held by local charter school advocates.
Rochester City Council President Lovely Warren delivered a speech recognizing the achievements of area charter schools.
Students, teachers and leaders of advocacy groups were all on hand.
