Doyle was given "several field sobriety tests" and later refused a breathalyzer test in the field thus triggering his arrest for misdemeanor DWI.  He was also charged with traffic violations including not using a turn signal, not wearing a seat belt, and unsafely changing lanes.

The woman was later identified as Alicia Guastaferro, 20, but the trooper states that she first gave the name "Brittany Myers" and said that she was 23 years-old.  The trooper states he was handed a driver's license for Brittany Myers and that Guastaferro later admitted it wasn't her and was read Miranda warnings.

After that the trooper states that Guastaferro had in her purse a pink mint tin "containing several small zip loc bag with pills, identified as controlled substances."

Guastaferro was subsequently charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.

Guastaferro also reportedly told the trooper that she "met Jimmy Doyle two years ago" where she bartended in Niagara Falls and that earlier on Sunday night they were "at Carrabbas, he (Doyle) bought me dinner and drinks, I had 3 Pomegranate martinis."

"Who gave you the ID?" the trooper asked Guastaferro.

"Jimmy Doyle gave it to me so I can get drinks and be in the casino with him," she answered.

Doyle was subsequently charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 1st Degree.

Prostitution Charges Filed

During the questioning of Guastaferro the trooper asked, "Come on Alicia, what else does he (Doyle) pay you?"

Court papers state they she was crying when she responded, "He gives me 500 to 700 to spend the night."

"500 to 700 a night? To consumate?" the trooper then asked.

"I'm sorry, I don't know what you mean?" she responded.

"For sexual favors?" the trooper asked again.

"Ya, we have sex. 500 to 700 dollars he gives me," Guastaferro allegedly responded before being asked how often this happens.

"He calls me about 2 times a month and we have sex for 500 to 700," she replied.

"This was agree(ment) tonight?" the trooper then asked according to court papers.

"Yes," she reportedly replied.  "He pays me in the morning."

Guastaferro was subsequently charged with Prostitution and Doyle was charged with Patronizing a Prostitute 3rd Degree.

The trooper's report also states that Guastaferro "began to suffer from an apparent seizure" while at the NYSP Buffalo barracks for processing and she was taken to the hospital for medical treatment.

Doyle Responds

While admitting that he'd likely advise his clients not to speak to the media Doyle agreed to multiple interviews Monday in an effort to tell his side of the story.
