Doyle was given "several field sobriety tests" and later refused a breathalyzer test in the field thus triggering his arrest for misdemeanor DWI. He was also charged with traffic violations including not using a turn signal, not wearing a seat belt, and unsafely changing lanes.
The woman was later identified as Alicia Guastaferro, 20, but the trooper states that she first gave the name "Brittany Myers" and said that she was 23 years-old. "Who gave you the ID?" the trooper asked Guastaferro.
"Jimmy Doyle gave it to me so I can get drinks and be in the casino with him," she answered.
Doyle was subsequently charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 1st Degree.
