Troupsburg, N.Y. – A man from Jasper was killed Friday night when he slid his motorcycle into oncoming traffic.
The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office says Kevin Wright, 26, was riding Friday night on County Route 103 in Troupsburg when he failed to make a curve. His motorcycle slid across the road into oncoming traffic, where he struck by a vehicle driven by Bruce Cady, 51, of Knoxville, Pa.
Wright was taken to St. James Mercy Hospital in Hornell, where he died. Cady was treated for minor injuries at Corning Hospital.
No charges have been filed, and the investigation is ongoing.
