Rochester, N.Y. - A 23-year-old man is charged with arson in connection with a fire that engulfed two buildings on Hudson Avenue on Sunday.
Jimmy Gibson was arrested by the Rochester Fire Department's Arson Task Force, in cooperation with the Rochester Police Department.
The fire destroyed apartments and a restaurant that had been in business for a only week. Six families were displaced.
Gibson will be arraigned Thursday morning.
