Canandaigua, N.Y. – Two parents in Canandaigua were arrested Thursday after police saw what they call deplorable conditions at their home.

John Collins, 25, and Tiffany Paul, 24, were raising two children, ages 1 and 3.

Canandaigua Police say they were called to assist Ontario County Child Protective Services and found “unsafe and unsanitary living conditions in their apartment.”

Both have been charged with two counts each of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
