Penfield, N.Y. – The car hit the pole on Old Penfield Road, but no on was around when deputies arrived, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
With K-9 assistance, Monroe County Deputies tracked down Richard Torrellas, 38, of Gennis Drive. Torrellas wasn’t too far from the scene.
Torrellas was arrested and charged with DWI, leaving the scene of an accident, aggravated unlicensed operation and resisting arrest. Neither he nor his passenger was hurt.
