Rochester, N.Y. – Karen Klein threw out the first pitch at Frontier Field Sunday night.

Her appearance was spurred by the effort to “Strike out Bullying.”

Klein was the Greece bus monitor bullied on the school bus, back in June. Video of the bullying went viral.

On Sunday, she delivered a message to all those bullied.

“Don't let them get you down, just don't let them pound you into the ground, you need to stand up for yourself,” says Klein.

Organizers of “Strike out Bullying” hope these events help families continue the conversation about bullying.
