Rochester, N.Y. - The man accused of terrorizing a woman by forcing her into her car in Irondequoit is due in court for arraignment Friday morning.
Anthony Canella allegedly stole the woman’s card after he made her get into his car outside St. Josephat’s Church on East Ridge Road in early September.
He drove her around, stealing money from her accounts at various banks, police say.
