Rochester/New York, N.Y. - Several Kodak retirees have written letters to the bankruptcy judge in connection with the Eastman Kodak bankruptcy proceedings.

The letters request that bonuses be denied to top executives if or when the company emerges from bankruptcy.

"My loyalty to Kodak is fading,” said Kodak retiree Dave Tomer. I think I was understanding for some time--but with what's happened in the last few years, I'm frustrated,"

Currently, a patent dispute between Apple and Kodak will remain in bankruptcy court. Apple wanted the case moved to a district court, fearing the patents it claims to own could be sold off as part of the bankruptcy process, but a judge ruled against Apple -- for now.
