New York, N.Y. - A judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed against Kodak by some shareholders.
The shareholders claimed former executives misled them about the company's finances before Kodak filed for bankruptcy.
In a statement, a Kodak spokesperson called the dismissal a victory.
